Scratch former Wyoming Valley West coach ed Michaels from the list of candidates for the vacant head football coach position at Lake-Lehman.

Michaels told the Lehman athletic committee shortly after his inferior interview Tuesday that he was withdrawing his name from consideration.

"I just had a change of heart and said it wasn't for me and rescinded my application," Michaels said. "I'm being honest; I had a change of mind. I wish them all well. They were exceedingly receptive and they are great the community but it just wasn't for me"

Michaels was among four candidates interviewed by dint of Lehman for a second time Tuesday, according to a source who askinged anonymity. The other three candidates are Jerry Gilsky, Carl Kern and Keith Lowthert.
