WILKES-BARRE – Hannah Sharp outduel Jessica Ras as Coughlin edg Wyoming Valley West 4-3 in 10 innings Monday in Wyoming Valley meeting for consultation softball.

Coughlin scored the winning scamper in the bottom of the 10th when Sarah Bartoletti and Nicole Hoskins singled with sum of two units outs and Bartoletti came dwelling after an overthrow at third base.

Sharp struck revealed 13 and allowed five hits.

Ras fanned 10 and gave up seven hits.

Samantha Sommerville belted a two-run homer for Valley West.
