WILKES-BARRE – Luzerne shire public defenders will no longer set forth informant Paul Weakley. Public attorneys from outside of that office will set forth him, a judge ruled Monday.

Court of habitual Pleas Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr had to decide which attorneys would describe Weakley after a potential conflict of interest was lately pointed out.

Investigators asked to interview Weakley, the explanation informant who led police to human remains onward Hugo Selenski's property in 2003 about the newest homicide charges filed against Selenski.
