WILKES-BARRE – The Department of Public Works will begin its summer hours of 6 a.m. to 2:30 pm starting Monday.

Residents are advised that garbage, yard waste and commingles should be ready for pickup through 6 a.m.

The garage will also be render free of access on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2:30 pm for yard
