Tim Potts, go to the bottom of the political watchdog assemblage Democracy Rising PA, said he's tired of lawmakers promising reforms further failing to deliver, and changing the state Constitution between the walls of a Constitutional Convention may be the no other than avenue for change.
Pott was common of the main speakers at Mario Fiorucci's seventh annual State of the World Forum in his Sugar Notch back yard. A local recent Party leader, Fiorucci has announced his candidacy for Luzerne shire commissioner in 2007.
