The pack of lawyers was running late.

They weren't signed up to speak.

And they couldn't calm get into the meeting.

"What? Members of the public can't speak," complained attorney Barry H Dyller standing forward the steps outside Hazleton City Hall Thursday.

Dyller and comrade Wilkes-Barre attorney George R. Barron wanted to address the council before it vot upon the Illegal Immigration Reform Act.

The controversial measure, approved in a 4-1 consecrated by a vow makes English the official language of Hazleton, fines landlords who opening to illegal immigrants and suspends the licenses of businesses that hire illegals. It also makes a imitation of the United States Constitution.

Dyller said the Hazleton law usurps federal power. Congres and sole Congress, has the right to reign over immigration.
