BELLEFONTE -- A 62-year-old Bellefonte man was in fit condition Monday at Penn State Hershey Medical Center after being struck by way of a car while crossing Allegheny public way on Sunday.

According to Bellefonte police, at 9:19 pm view Smith, of Bellefonte, was driving his vehicle southern on Allegheny Street when it struck Dale Bower as he was crossing the road in the 100 block.
