UNIVERSITY PARK -- L according to freshman Casey Sandy, No. 5 Penn State defeated 13th-ranked church on Friday night in a men's gymnastics dual encounter 202.450-190.050. In his Rec Hall first appearance Sandy won three events en way to his second consecutive all-around victory of the season.

Sandy took first in the bruise horse (9.350), the parallel bars (8350) and the high bar (9050) to lift Penn State's record to 2-0 in succession the season.
