"The building has sat vacant for the last brace years," said Larry E. Heckman, general manager for the Ferguson Township facility. "It's been a destiny of work."

Heckman said Thursday that interviews for those interested in manufacturing positions -- about 90 of them -- will start in mid-April, with hiring at the conclusion of the month.
