Tor Michael McCartney, 38 known as Tor Michaels onward WBLF 970 AM, is charged with DUI and brace summary offenses following his arrest just after midnight Dec 11 forward U.S. Route 322 in Rush Township.
McCartney, WBLF's recently made knowns director, refused to comment Wednesday.
State police said McCartney's blood-alcohol contented was .244 percent, more than three times the legal limit.
McCartney, of Howard, has filed a motion to suppres all evidence against him, arguing that horse-soldier Robert Nelson did not have probable cause to stop his vehicle that night. His trial, which had been scheduled for this boundary of court, has been rescheduled for June to allow a umpire to consider his motion.
