SNOW SHOE -- Six family were injured, one seriously, in a three-vehicle crash involving couple tractor trailers that closed Interstate 80 early Wednesday morning, state police at Rockview said.
The westbound lanes of the road were clos for approximately five hours, after which westbound travelers were restricted to single lane until about 6 pm state police said.
Jimmy Conibear, 68 of Sinking Springs, was flown to Altoona Hospital following the crash, police reported. He was listed in serious condition Wednesday evening, according to a nursing supervisor.
Five commonalty with minor injuries were taken to rise Nittany Medical Center for treatment.
